Room matched photos on website. Large bathtub as well as larger shower. Quality floor tiles were very nice quality. Lobby was clean and smelled good. Quiet and calm on our floor. Central air in room with thermostat. Short drive to amphitheatre. Reasonably price for room very close to amphitheatre.

A few of the front desk members seemed a little rude.The pillowcases were stained and smelled a little musty and had foreign hairs . Room decor and colors were odd and seemed dated and didn't match the style of the hotel. Room needed vacuumed and bathroom mirror was dirty. No comforter. No complimentary toiletries lotion was needed) noome out let's didn't work, very limited TV channels. Casino staff didn't seem to know simple answer to question. Card scanner on elevators didn't work well

The shower needs to be cleaned properly 😩. It had orange slimy mold in corner areas and grout needs scrubbed. Bathroom faucet had toothpaste on it.
