Price is great. Older motel but safe and stayed there on 2 different occasions. Near a big area of stores and restaurants

The location is good for what I needed. It was quiet. The water pressure was good, and the water temperature was hot. The pillows were soft. I liked the chair and ottoman to stretch out on. The front desk worker was very nice and helpful.
This is an older property and could use some repairs. My air conditioner was turned off when I arrived and the room was really hot. It took awhile for it to cool down and I needed to get to sleep fast as I was doing a half marathon the next morning.

Came to town for KYCOM graduation. A lot of higher end hotels (of which there aren't many) priced gouged for the event and I refused to pay for that. Instead a group of us got 6 rooms and had a great time. The facility was about what I expected for the price and location, etc. They definitely could use updates, but not having updates keeps the cost low. The cleanliness could also be improved upon but there was nothing shocking or of immediate concern. We did a bed bug search and couldn't find any evidence of any so that was great! I never saw any kind of bug there, for that matter. Water temp and pressure for shower was terrific. We definitely made some good memories here.
Needs an overall deep cleaning - spot cleaning of surfaces good but needs deep clean - outside areas as well as the rooms.
