Not a thing.
Rooms were extremely dirty. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Beds weren’t made when we checked in. Sheets hadn’t been washed. Wall paper was ripped off in spots. Holes in some walls. Was given 2 different rooms and ended up canceling our stay.

Effort to update.
Outside parking lot. Cigarette butts. A staff recommended we step next door to a restaurant to eat. Definitely lacking but the worst was the stagnant smoke smell. Need for an overhaul. Including staff, food not out of kitchen in a timely manner. Left something to be desired.

Lariet Restaurant located half block South has excellent food.
Wish I could have stayed a couple more days.

I was shocked at how dirty the bedding was. The walls were dirty, and overall unsanitary! The pillows were so dirty it scared me.

Entrance was nice
The bathroom ceiling was falling in. And the rooms smell like BO or urine not sure which one. The outlets or the wallpaper around the outlets look like they were coming off the wall.

Hot coffee, hot shower, good comfy mattress. Convenient outside and inside doors. Super friendly and helpful reception staff.
We had a vehicle break down and had to stay a week ( GO TO ROCCO'S REPAIR)
so we're GRATEFUL to have found this place for a great price! LOVE THOSE TRAINS TOO! YAAAAAY MINERS!!
Only obvious problem is the stale cigarette smell. Not much to be done about that-with the age of the building!
I see all the complainers on here, however, we were just needing a decent place to stay in an emergency situation and are happy to have found this place!

The room was great, and close to where we needed to go.
The continental breakfast was very lacking in options. I'm used to having more fruit options and yogurt options, so I didn't eat there. Also it breakfast rooms small, having 3 people in there with all the tables, got crowded.

Literally, shelter from a storm on a rainy day after travelling 9000 miles in our pickup. The lady who attended us in reception was nice and the room was well furnished although a little time-worn.
We had trouble with the manager who did not want to respect the price quoted on booking.com, even though I had the confirmation and price on my cell phone. After about 5 minutes of discussion he seemed to give up and the receptionist booked us into the room at the quoted price. A visitor was having a similar problem when we arrived but had used another booking agency. She left and did not get a room.
