Everything.the room was clean smelled good.bathroom was clean and comfortable with the handicapped equipment.friendly and understanding staff.willing to get up and help without hesitation....

Good location. Nice lobby. Good AC, which was surprising for a MN hotel.
The hot tub was out of commission. Sheets were never changed. I got something on one set the first night. Luckily there was another bed.

Breakfast was minimal. Didn't bother to eat on second morning.
Location was adjacent to interstate highway - quite noisy.
Room on 2nd floor. No elevator for disabled spouse.
No telephone in room. Contact with front desk was through 800 number. Shortage of minimal towels, had to request more.
