Excellent service from the get-go. A large Indian wedding ( we were there for the pre- wedding activities and it was gorgeous) had us worried about possible noise. Noelle at the desk provided reassurances and said to call her if we had noise issues. We did not ( the bride and groom looked stunning as the photographer arranged some outdoor photos) but we appreciated Noella’s offer of assistance.
Equally, we received VIP treatment ( we are clearly not)in the room the night we arrived and for the next morning’s breakfast. Special acknowledgement goes to Aaron who served us for breakfast in the morning. Attentive and helpful he made sure to drop to our table to make sure we were fine, though he and his colleagues were very busy with a full room. I name Noelle and Aaron so you can recognize them in some way.

Beds were comfy. Check in services were exceptional. (Super friendly and helpful!) Location is great for travelling. Within walking distance of an adorable brew pub.

Nice accommodations overall and esthetic
Not all of the plugs didnt work in the room, light didnt work, coffees machine had no coffee, frig wouldnt get cold, view was trash, the idea you can't enter except the lobby and have to walk ridiculously far to enter thr building is crazy
