Location and breakfast.
No elevators for second floor. Long distance to carry luggage up steep steps.

Comfortable bed and room. Front desk staff was very helpful
Bathroom sink was too small to keep a toothbrush on. Breakfast was not great and staff would start cleaning up a couple minutes before the cut off.
