Staff was friendly, room was decent, liked that they offered complimentary breakfast.
Did not really care for location, tripping hazards around fountain, and entry, need to work on ceiling in room 317, either paint mold/rust spots, or redo whole thing, replace or paint rusty lamps, more outlet options to charge, one outlet, and switch did not work, room needs a upgrade all together, we were just there for one night to attend funeral, would not book for extended stay.

Room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was free and offered enough choices to start your day. The location served our purpose since we were going to a concert that evening. If I was there longer we would have checked out their huge mall Sunrise is known for.
I didn't like the check in process due to the impersonal feel. You walk up to a monitor and they talk to you through the screen. Very impersonal.

The property was ok put the animals inside freak me out I couldn’t believe it
The roaches need spraying everything else was ok but that was uncomfortable sleeping knowing roaches running around
