The staff is so kind and nice - makes a huge difference for a short stay!!! Complimentary simple breakfast (and mimosas!!!) were excellent to start a fun day in the Keys. The location is perfect too, we walked everywhere, no car needed, you're in the middle of everything!
It's soooo nice that they have complimentary parking, because parking in Key West can be very expensive for a couple of days.
The AC unit was pretty loud, I wish it would cool better. But with a ceiling fan and AC - it was fine. The bathroom and shower are tiny, but the room is spacious for 2.

Fantastic position, right off Duval Street, almost next door to Ernest Hemingway’s house.
Great to have parking.
Our room was just so small ! I appreciate the hotel is a heritage property but we found the room and the tiny bathroom very claustrophobic.
Breakfast was poor, especially considering the price we paid.
No housekeeping during the stay, seems unusual for the price we paid. Unfortunately I can’t recommend.
