It’s location to the beach.
The pool was so cloudy we opted not to use it. And the floor in our room appeared to have not been cleaned. It has tiny paper pieces on it and felt gritty. We kept our shoes on while in the room to prevent our feet from getting dirty. Plus, the remote to the tv was not wiped down from the last person who had been in the room. It has some sort of greasy substance on it. So gross.

did not partake in the breakfast. the front desk was very kind.
Opon our arrival we entered the room and found blood on our top sheet. The front desk was very kind and switched our room and offered to comp us 1 night. However, apparently is was only an offer as we were charged for the entire stay. The maintenance worker was rude and the cleaning crew didn't seem to understand what we were asking for. We did not have cleaning done while there, we asked the cleaning staff for an extra roll of TP, which we received. after 3 days we asked for clean towels and was denied. even though we tried to give the soiled towels back.
