Clean, no issues at all checking in. The coffee in the morning was better than expected.
Very noisy at night with yelling and loud car screeching noises.

The Motels location is good, it’s a short walk downtown and by foot it takes you about 30min to oldtwon Sacramento.

It’s an old motor court, but they’ve updated it a bit. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean.

Decent location. Large TV and hard floors.
Needed paint. Room appointments could have been a little nicer and all walls needed paint. One or two lughtbulbs were also burned out and the AC just stayed no control buttons worked to adjust the room temp up or down or to turn the AC off.
