The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was insanely good. I had to dial it up a bit in July.
There were a bunch of morons racing sport bike motorcycles up and down the road passed the hotel at all hours of the night and I could hear them.

Convenience, QUIET, location, Price, comfort.
Older style although recently renovated. Breakfast had minimal options. Hard boiled egg or hot scrambled would be nice.

It was quiet
The main issue was that the toilet was clogged. This was before we got to the property as the fist use used no paper but it backed up. It is an older property with all the rooms opening to the exterior.
