For a budget hotel, we thought it was nice, clean, reasonable with great coffee.

Location had easy access.
Bed was comfortable.
Ice machine worked.
Stairs to 2nd floor were uneven. several steps that were taller than the others and one step was way longer. Definite fall hazard. Don't see how it passed inspection.
Fan in A/C unit clanged all night, made it hard to sleep.
TV was very small.
Couldn't watch TV from chair or desk.
Fridge had no freezer.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Location was perfect for attending a gathering at the local high school.
Shower handle fell off the wall (No problem, we just pushed it back on). Bathroom faucet only delivered hot water, no cold water.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean. A/C worked well. Good soft water with great water pressure in the shower. Loved having the mini fridge and microwave, with Wal-Mart nearby, I was able to save $$$ on meals by eating in the room.
The stair rails are filthy and sticky. The doors could use a good cleaning, it gives a bad impression. The breakfast was only cereal and waffles, luckily Starbucks is just across the street, so I ate at Starbucks.
