Door from the outside was open so anyone could enter.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel was clean. Views from the windows looking out over the river were very nice. Close to a lot of good restaurants.
T.V. was new but needed two remotes to operate and I never could get it to work right. Bathroom door would not shut properly. Bathroom sink faucet sprayed water everywhere, the screen in spigot may be clogged.
Some switches didn’t work as we could not figure out what they operated.

Convenient location right off I85. Short drive to Toomers Corner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very attentive housekeeping services—replaced towels and cleaned which some large chains skimp on now.
Needs some caulking in the bathroom. Very expensive price over game-day weekend.

Staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.
Ice machine was broken and there was only water to drink with breakfast. The breakfast could have also been better.
