The first night we got there we found the TV was inoperable. The desk clerk came up t o the room and tried to fix it but couldn't so he offered to change us to another room. James was extremely friendly the entire time we were there, greeting us each time we came in and left. He was extremely helpful with directions for driving in the city and getting to the concert we were attending. This was a great location. Easy on and off the interstate and lots of restaurants close by. Walmart right next door to pick up anything you need. We would definitely stay here again.
