My room was clean and comfortable and they were able to put me into a room on the second floor. The inside of my room was nice and I'd recommend it to others staying in the area.
There were multiple times that myself and others were looking for someone from the front desk and we ended up walking out because no one ever came. The building looks a little dated from the outside

Location was very close to the visitor center which save us some time, sheets and towels were clean, staff very responsive to questions.
The pressure of the shower was very poor, carpet was dirty.

While staying we had an issue with our A/C unit. It was unable to be repaired and staff moved us to another room immediately with no complaints. I am very thankful for their quick response to the issue.
Sidewalk in front of rooms had round holes that could be filled in to prevent trip hazard.

It was a good price and located near a few restaurants.
There was no breakfast offered. Only coffee was offered and it didn’t taste good. The bathtub felt like it had air bubbles under it. When I was trying to check out the front desk guy was out back on the phone and then came through still on the phone. He couldn’t stop his conversation long enough to speak to me. I wouldn’t stay there again. I had already decided that the next time I go to visit my family I will stay somewhere else.
