I want to thank the hotel staff for being so kind and accommodating during our stay. We had to travel three hours to bring my dad to a doctor's appointment, and the hotel was gracious enough to allow us to check in early so my wife and children could stay in the room while I took him to his appointment. We truly appreciate you working with us and making things easier for our family. I also want to sincerely apologize for the noise complaint we received. The kids had been in the car for three hours and then spent another two hours in the room. When I returned from the doctor's office, we took them out to give them a chance to run around and burn off some of their energy. However, I understand that other guests deserve a peaceful and comfortable stay, and I apologize for any disturbance we caused. Thank you again for your patience, understanding, and willingness to accommodate our family during a busy and stressful day. Your kindness meant a lot to us, and we are grateful for the excellent customer service you provided.

I want to start by saying that the hotel staff was very kind and accommodating during our stay, and I truly appreciate that. However, I would also like to offer some honest feedback about the hot breakfast. I have over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and food service industry as a food service manager. Because of my background, I usually avoid commenting on food because I understand that everyone has different expectations, resources, and challenges in food service. I never want to judge someone else's work simply because my own experience has shaped my standards. However, this time, my family was the first to express concerns about the breakfast, and as we continued our morning, I heard similar complaints from other guests. I initially tried to give the food the benefit of the doubt and reassure my family that it wasn't that bad, but unfortunately, the quality was disappointing. The food was cold, and the eggs had the appearance and texture of something prepared in a microwave rather than freshly cooked. By the end of breakfast, it seemed that several people were unhappy with the meal. I am sharing this feedback respectfully because I believe honest feedback can help improve the guest experience. The hotel staff showed us kindness and went out of their way to accommodate our family, and I would not want the breakfast experience to take away from the positive things they did for us. I hope the hotel will take this feedback into consideration and look for ways to improve the temperature and quality of the breakfast.
