Staff was friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
Parking lot could use some work and there were a few stains on the carpet in my room but I would stay here again.

The room was beautiful and the bed was nice. Love the balcony and tub. The pool was a great size and I liked that the restaurant was open reasonable hours. The staff communicates well and I appreciated everyone’s hospitality during such a busy weekend.
The layout of the hotel is not reasonably accessible. The pillows are the size of postage stamps and you need at least 4 per person. No one follows the rules in the whirlpool, so it was frustrating when it was our turn and couldn’t relax. The service at the restaurant was slow but accommodating, and she gave us a discount when the wrong order was served. Parking is subjective, meaning it’s ample but requires a great deal of effort to find a reasonable spot.

Breakfast was okay. The view from my room was not good but from the bar and restaurant area is good.
Having to put my mobility scooter in the room with us.

The staff was really great.
The lamp did not work in the room, the toilet seat was broken, the cleaning staff did a poor job of hanging the towels and I had to ask to get the sheets changed. They also did not provide soap in the bathroom.
