It was falling apart. Tub was cracked. Ceiling was leaking

Clean and big room with good beds/mattresses

The staff was very helpful. At one point, I discovered that there was a flight of stairs between the lobby and the room they assigned to me. There was no way I could get my luggage cart up the stairs. The guy at the disk kindly allowed me to keep what passed for their luggage cart in my room, overnight so I could leave promptly the next moring. On my request, the guy at the desk cheerfully changed my room assignment so that I didn't have to use the stairs. Also, the motel's lobby had an awning. I wasn't raining at the time I arrived. but it might have been raining.

What they call a luggage car is a sad joke. It was a utility wagon. Better than nothing, but, c'mon. Really? I attached a photo of the luggage cart.
