I stay here almost every time we visit the Evansville area. I have never had any issues. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast is well worth the value price of these rooms. I found cheaper rooms but always had issues at the other places. Honestly, this is the best value around.

the property was beautiful, the rooms were good sized, beds were comfortable and the pool is a good size.
pool was dirty all three days i was there, my room was never cleaned, i had to make my own bed, the first night there were no towels in the whole hotel that were clean but hand towels,
