Did not eat breakfast
Called the front desk and asked if they had plastic utensils so I could eat the take-out food I purchased. The front desk employee stated, THEY HAD NO PLASTIC UTENSILS FOR GUESTS. I can only assume guests are expected to eat the complimentary breakfast with their hands?? Or the employee was lying. Either way I had to leave to go purchase plastic utensils. A huge inconvenience

Convenient proximity to work
They tried to make me pay $100 cash after charging my credit card for the night. After a big disagreement they reversed the request for the hundred dollars.
