Not worth the money

Comfortable size room. Need improvement for Housekeeping

Spacious room. Just off freeway exit

Room did not get cleaned daily. Had to come down to reception for 2 nights to get fresh towels. Infomed reception at 1st night room was not cleaned while picking up fresh towels, but still was not cleaned the next day. After second day complain then room was cleaned.

Excellent location and very proficient frontdesk staff.

1. I was not pleased that the cleaner came into the room on day 2 and clean the bathroom, repositioned the TV remote control and restock table water without making the bed. I wondered how someone would leave a room like that and called it done for the day. 2. I dialed the kitchen and room service on one of the days at about 8am hoping to get a breakfast but no one answered the calls and no one called back.

Good

Very cozy and stylish place. We enjoyed our stay, especially the restaurant. They have a nice selection of food and the stuff is amazing. There were always good vibes down there. The rooms were fine, nothing special.

The rooms didn't seem as modern and stylish as the rest of the hotel / restaurant. But totally fine still.

it was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

I think it’s a little ridiculous you pay so much for a “nice” hotel and they don’t even offer a complimentary breakfast.

Disappointing

We were there for our nieces wedding Jan 22 I requested a joining rooms for my kids they made note. I actually booked 3 rooms. I was told because of making that request I would not get wedding block discount.

our stay for most part was great, there was some bumps along the way but other than that I would probably stay again.

Clean, friendly staff, location, and functionality of the rooms.

bar close to early, our first room was cold on the first floor. first floor was more convenient but we were moved to another floor with better heat.

The occupancy sensors for temperature control. In the first room the fan would continue to turn on for 30 seconds then stop then we were transferred to another room and it was cold in there they sent maintenance to our room and had to bypass the wall thermostat on the PTAC this was the first hotel I stayed in with occupancy sensors I work for a school district and I encounter ongoing problems occ sensors kudos to the maintenance man
