My husband and I have had to travel btwn Georgia and Maine several times this year and we always stay in Chambersburg, PA on our way home. We really like the La Quinta there. The hotel is right off the highway. Easy to get there and very easy to get back on the highway.
I haven’t disliked anything until our last stay. We had a third floor room, which was lovely, but it was at the front of the building, so the highway noise was a bit much. Managed to set the cooling system so that the fan would run constantly, that blocked the noise. Also, I ran the water in the shower in the morning for 15 minutes and couldn’t get hot water. I guess I primed it because my husband was able to have a hot shower.
