The location, the room, the breakfast was all good! It was really nice having a kitchenette in the room. We had a great stay!
When we wanted to check out there was no one at the desk. We waited but had to be on our way. It worked out fine though because we just left the room card at the desk.

It seemed really interesting that the upper floors seemed dated yet the 1st floor area was really updated nd welcoming.

The size of the suite was very nice. Kitchen area with a larger fridge and freezer and sink was nice. Good, hot water pressure in the shower and beds were comfortable. Check in and out process was very easy.
The room was poorly constructed, kinda slapped together without much care. The toilet moved when you sat down. The couch had ants in it and there were bugs in the bathroom and the bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be. The breakfast was ok but the food wasn't very warm or stale and clearly made/heated up in the microwave. One waffle maker was broken and the staff couldn't seem to keep up with restocking things.
Getting in and out of the parking area can be a challenge.
