My stay was good and fun. Minor the door wouldnt lock and the blood stains on the pillow cases.

I liked the area the property was in. It was in a very quiet area.

When we first arrived at the property, the cleaning services was still there until 4:15 pm, check in time was at 4. As we walked into the house water was still all over the floor from her mopping. We checked the back door, it locked but still can open from the outside of the door. I felt very unsafe. Reached out to the property manager she sent someone out. The next day discover blood stains on some of the pillow cases, was very disappointed.

We had a roof over our head

1st location wasn’t clean and had roaches. Then we found someone’s medication under a bed. And luckily we found it before my granddaughter. 2nd location was dirty, had dead fish in a bag outside on the patio. There was trash and empty bottles under the pull out bed. Plus we were further from the beach than we originally were. Overall this was unacceptable and I won’t use Vacasa again or booking.com.

Nice and open concept. Plenty of room for a family of 8.

The mattresses in the two bedrooms weren’t clean. As well as the couch mattresses upstairs and downstairs we’re gross! There was blood stains on at least 2 of the pillowcases that were on the beds. Baseboards of bed were thick of dust. Stains in the carpet in stairwell. I called and asked for new pillowcases and more sheets. Which never were brought.

We had a very nice time and would stay here again.

The house was very spacious and clean. The neighborhood felt very safe. There was a small restaurant/bar that was walking distance. We loved the private entrance to the beach.

The upstairs bathroom didn't seem to get a good flow from the A/C, but there was a box fan in the closet if needed. The carpet was stained quite a bit but didn't "feel" dirty when walking on it. The ceiling in the living room did leak a little when one of the showers was used upstairs. We did notify management.

I would recommend to a friend.

The location was great. Very roomy.

Parking wasn't the best. The carpet was dirty and needs replacing or cleaning. Furniture needs cleaning as well. The beds need to be replaced. They are old and worn out.

Besides the maintenance interruptions, we enjoyed the stay, and the family said they would like too come back.

Quite location, close to the beach, had plenty of room for the family, private, pretty, pools was close- the kids had a ball.

Was not allowed too check in any amount of time ahead, door knob on front door was broken (had too dead bolt the lock every time going out which meant some one was locked out every time due too the little ones, there for a adult had too be on stand by to unlock the door) it was finally fixed on Saturday morning. and second- a roof repairman was scheduled to do repairs at 8am on Friday morning. I was thankful that I was up and was going too set outside to drink a cup of coffee and even him, I still had 8 sleeping family members asleep. as a business person you don’t set up a repair when you have guest for that early in the morning, if it is a pressing repair a later time would be appropriate. it was very disturbing to deal with when your trying to relax and enjoy family. and the cleaning people really need too clean the floors, the kids feet all had too be washed before bed after having showers. Looked like they had been outside playing barefooted. But other than the repair issues, we loved the stay, enjoyed the family time, nice atmosphere. PS adding a can opener to the kitchen.

We had a great time, but were disappointed in the accommodations particularly for the cost.

The location was great and the property had great potential.

Everything needed to be cleaned up a bit, not cleaning as per the management company but more: tile grout, carpet desperately needed cleaning or replacement, blinds were all broken, refrigerator ice maker, toilets overflowing, indoor furniture needed to be wiped down/cleaned, needed better outdoor furniture.

It was good not having to worry about keeping up with a key or making sure each person had a key the door code was a plus

Stay was nice except for washer missing a part and extermination was needed.

Location was good. Property needs extermination as they were a few roaches. Home was beautiful and spacious.

nice place to stay if you don’t mind sharing everything with roaches

the staff was great and friendly. the location was great, house was roomy

roaches… everywhere!! and the water heater was not working correctly. we bought over 400 in food to eat at the home but ended up having to throw it out and go eat. for 10 people… it ended up being more expensive than anything! and roaches really just threw us off
