Near the event I needed to attend. Guy that checked me in was great! gave me recommendations for places to eat.

Room was clean, and looks recently renovated. Staff was quick and was able to get us checked in and out fairly quickly. For being on a busy street it was surprisingly quiet too. AC worked perfectly too!
Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Carpet was a little dirty/some spots. Nothing much to complain about. If they are able to somehow clean the carpets and walls room it will be a lot better. Located in a sketchy area but nothing happened.

I love the cleanliness of the room and the staff was very nice and respectful. Even though the outside leaves you wondering if you should stay there, it was nice inside. There weren't any bugs or terrible smells or stains.
I did not like the fact that the toilet had no water pressure and you had to flush a couple of times, even when you just urinated.

Old, outdated, wall paint chipped, beds elevated too high, neighborhood sketchy. Not a good value.
