The manager Toni was amazing. He assisted me with every need and was super informed about the area he even gave me information about fun things I could do in the area that’s close to the hotel. And in the Orlando Area

Best hotel experience ever.
The staff is so kind & amazing & great genuine hospitality.
Tony, Noah, Max, Devin, Mike , Ivey & Glacia all deserve a business trip cause I’ve never seen a building full of smiles with such kindness.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which really made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free.
The location was perfect & close to everything I needed while still feeling quiet and relaxing. Housekeeping was consistent, & all amenities were exactly as described. I truly felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during my stay.
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and enjoyable place to stay.

Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, water pressure was awesome.
The elevator was broken and the desk girl ( bless her soul ) looked inconvenient and exhausted conveying the owner isn't interested in footing a $19k bill to fix it. One has to take the stairs to get to the second and third floors and occupants leave their garbage in the stairs instead of walking to the dumpsters. Room smelled musty. Housekeeping never came by not even once during my 7 night stay to offer clean towels nor sheets however there was an envelope asking for a tip on day one of my arrival. Ac is old and loud but I managed. No pots, pans, plates or cutlery like in other extended stays.
Safe to say this place has seen its best days and it's sad since it is in such a quiet and safe location.
