Family Retreat Collective Review.

The Village At Indian Point is a Very nice place. The Staff was Sweet and informative, the Decor was very exceptional and the Beds were Comfortable. The Lodge office was Exploratively arranged, that was nice also.

The Pool area needs attention. I am not sure that a 5 minute sit beside the Pool, should result in the need for air due to Chlorine levels. The Chemicals were unbearable unfortunately. The Fitness room needs an Update. The exercise equipment did not function properly.

Was ok, but not for what it cost.

Location was good, fireplace was nice, since it was cold while we were there.

Was expecting more for the cost. The room was very outdated. There were parts missing off some furniture. There was something, like a piece of candy, stuck on the comforter. We also ran out of hot water with only two showering.The price to stay was just way to expensive for what we got. We have stayed at other places, in Branson, for less, and was twice as nice. Was kinda disappointed.

Someone behind our place of stay had a small dog that barked constantly at everything so we couldn't sit in the balcony in peace.

Very clean, comfortable beds, the views were beautiful

I contacted the ofc on Dec 19th to advise them that I left my personal pillow on the bed in the master bedroom. The women took my phone number and they still have not called me to inform me on my pillow as the receptionist told me that she would.

Enjoyed celebrating our 50th Anniversary!

Quiet location, away from the crowds, but not to far from Branson. One bedroom apt was well kept and clean, cabin feel, somewhat outdated and worn furnishings, but comfortable. We enjoyed the walking trails.

Prefect Peace

Very clean and quiet. Everyone was helpful and kind. Indian Point is close to the Branson strip, Silver Dollar City, and all the Shops, but far enough to feel the peace of the lake and all the nature.

We loved it!! There was nothing we did not enjoy.

Good value, great location but only ok in other ways

Private and quiet location with alot of space

Floors dirty and venetian blinds were missing pieces so light streamed in early morning. No other way to darken room for sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Didn't like giving my credit card info on written piece of paper with no assurance of its handling after checkout.

Superb

I mistakenly made our reservation for the wrong weekend. Upon our arrival I could not believe I had made that mistake as we’d just driven 4 hours to enjoy our stay. Instead of turning us away, the staff was so very welcoming and accommodating. They were able to get us in a great condo very quickly and my tired family was able to enjoy our stay with very little issues even though I had made such a big mistake. I can’t thank the staff enough for working with us and making our stay happen despite everything. Thank you!

It was a nice getaway. Condo was homey.

It was quiet and private. Spa tub was great!

Fireplace was hard to get going because the wood supplied was green. The bedroom shade was missing a slat so privacy was an issue.

The pool,.game room and fitness room were very inviting and fun.

The hot water tank in our room would not make enough hot water to use the hot tub. We had to keep letting it fill back up to run enough to use tub. It took about 2 hours to get it ready. The thermostat would shut off after several hours and heat would stop running in middle of night.

The pool was great for the kids. The two room condo was plenty of space.

Our condo was dated and the garbage disposal didn’t work.
