I really liked everything about the hotel. It was conveniently located near all the places I needed to go. The room had everything I needed after the upgrade.
Custom service. Everyone was not on the same level of how to treat customers with respect. There was only one customer serviceman at night that I really tried to avoid because he had such poor customer service. And others saw it too. He tried to make my stay unpeaceful. I knew it was time to go when I tried to make another reservation and I went downstairs to ask for his assistance and he was upset because when they did an inspection in my room the fact that he told me housekeeping wasn't there and gave me a flat sheet and bed spread came up. So he decided against allowing me to pay for a room and I couldn't even get confirmation online. I was on call the next day so I had to move my things to another hotel when I should have been working. That was inconvenient.

Location was close to my job. Bed was comfortable water was hot & the TV worked.
There was what looked like mole around some of the baseboards.

Tonya checked us in she was awesome! Very helpful, courteous, friendly. My husband is n a wheelchair & she put us on 1st floor as requested. We requested extra covers which she supplied. She was professional and friendly with a positive attitude and a good advertisement for Red Roof Inn. We look forward to a future stay with RRI!
Outside doors should lock & be used by key for guests so non guests cannot access entry but by lobby doors.

The blanket too small the smoke smell from the room the elevators were nasty cracked drywall everywhere even in the room
