I had a problem with our rooms yesterday and have tried to reach out to the hotel and have not been able to speak to anyone. The first room assigned was 311. The room looked like a war zone. Ripped Capet holes in walls as smelled of cigarette smoke. Contacted the front desk and was finally reassigned to room 313. The room appears to be ok. My wife got up to go to the bathroom at 2:30am and got locked into the bathroom. When she closed the door she had not realized their was no door Handel. She was banging on the door hollering to me because she was looked in and could not get out. I am profoundly def without my hearing and did not her her banging. I awoke at 3:30 To find that she was trapped in the bathroom. This morning when I went to the front desk there was no one to speak to about this. This was unacceptable. Someone from your staff either house Keeping or who ever checks the rooms that they are guest ready should have alerted management and the room should have been taken out of service. I you would like to contact me Barry Ps I have pictures of these issues if someone cases

this place is horrible!

nothing at all

the tv didn’t work for 5 days, the refrigerator that was in my room didn’t work so my food spoiled, after informing them I had to push the refrigerator out the room myself and push in one from a different room. i didn’t even get a full roll of toilet paper for my 7 day’s stay.

The coffee was cold, 2 days in a row so I stopped trying it. Check the camera you will see I throw it away. The hot water was hot. Same granola bars daily alone with muffin. The unit needs cleaning and no sugar only sweetener.

ROACHES, the noise especially at night, no light in the kitchen, sleeping drains in kitchen and bath room, I boiled water daily and pour down the drains. I have never been camping but I think this was close.

it was a horrible stay. place was just expensive and disgusting. very ratchet and Guetto .

The hallways were dirty. people cooking outside and hanging out. bad neighborhood.The inside of the room smelled like wet mold. sheets were nasty and so was the elevators.

Place is a dump and scary

Nothing at all to like about this place. The was truck motor running every couple of hours starting at 3am. Stranger knocked ar our door at 4am.

The staff was great! They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds were cozy and comfortable with a full kitchenette. We enjoyed our time there!
