I loved that it had several places to eat and how clean and friendly the staff was
If you didn't want to leave you did not have to. Breakfast was a very large buffet spread everything you could think of at the tip of you fingers. also the breakfast was very tasty.
The vip retrieving you car to check out should have been quicker. i waited 1 hour before my car was brought to me for check out. everything else was excellent.

Beautiful hotel with great customer service. Enjoyed the location and all the views of New Orleans. Valet parking was above average.
Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Hair in Sink and shower didn't seem clean and sanitized. Bed was a little hard and bedding stiff.
