Modern, easy access, spacious room, clean, comfortable bed,
Directed to use rear door as “closer to room “ Rear door does not have level access. Two elderly clients left to schlepp bags up two concrete steps. 80+ year old fell, resulting in badly bruised hip.

Bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Hot tub was amazing.
Older front desk gal who checked us in was not very friendly compared to the morning shift gal. She was so very friendly.
Could have used a couple larger towels in our room. We used the only 2 larger ones for the pool. We had to dry off from the shower with the hand towels.

Nice facility overall.
Restaurant was understaffed. I felt sorry for the waitress as she needed more help. The fruit in my breakfast dish was definitely very old. Both my tub and dink were clogged. I ended up standing in water up to my ankles after my shower. I'm left with the impression that this hotel has staffing shortages and the owners have not invested in improving staffing. This is probably due to low pay for their staff which affects attracting qualified staff.
