We had a lovely stay at Palihotel Hollywood and would certainly stay again. A wonderful property in the heart of Hollywo

Exceptional staff; very friendly and attentive. The property is well maintained and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Upon arrival we found that there was an issue with the tv. Maintanence arrived promptly and could not resolve the issue, however the front desk quickly offered to move our room and we were delighted to find that we were offered a much larger corner balcony room. This was very appreciated and is just one example of the great staff. I also need to acknowledge the pool attendants and bar staff as they were excellent.

The walls are quite thin so noise from outside or from other rooms can be heard easily. Only valet parking is available so the price is very high, however this is stated prior to booking and it is expected given the location.

Hotel hermoso, todos los detalles cuidados, toda la cadena Palihotel es impecable y la zona es espectacular! Sin dudas se recomienda.

El valet parking es algo costo en relación al costo de la habitación

Nice hotel

Great location, comfortable rooms, nice staff

Paper walls, expensive parking rate (we recommend parking your car in one of the nearby parking garages for half the price)

Lovely rooms , great vibe. Rooms very clean and well maintained.

Comfortable rooms, well appointed with soft towels. Housekeeping very good. Clean bathrooms. Lovely staff.

There was no low fat milk available for coffee which was a bit strange as they had oat milk. Location ok but had to uber everywhere - neighbourhood felt a little unsafe to go walking.

Perfektes Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Top Hotel, sehr individuell. Super Lage. Sehr schön gestaltete Zimmer und Poolarea. Sehr sauber. Nahe zu Bus und U Bahn. Tolle Einrichtung, beheizter Pool. Wir konnten im Januar darin baden. Wir hatten Poolblick mit Balkon. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall Poolblick zu nehmen, toller Ausblick. Andere Zimmer können Fenster zum Flur oder Straße haben. Hotel absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder.

We felt welcomed in this stylish cozy hotel

We checked in very late, Derek at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic and the hotel itself is super cozy with beautiful interior details which makes your stay even more comfortable. The cleaning ladies were always doing a great job.

If you have a room in the ground floor you will probably hear the steps and the running shower water from your neighbors upstairs.

Not sure how this place is a four-star hotel

The location is very central.

They gave me a room with non-operable window facing hallway, and I am not even sure it's legal to have a room like that. The room felt very stuffy, and soundproofing was horrible, I could hear next door person snoring all night.

We had an amazing comfortable time during our stay despite the Wi-Fi issues! Would recommend.

- The room was very comfortable and clean! - Shower pressure was amazing. - Staff was very polite and ready to assist. This is especially true for the valet parking team. - Fantastic location. Lots of food options nearby and steps away from the walk of fame.

- Wifi was a struggle. Our room could barely get any signal, which prevented us from using it the entire stay. - TV was limited. No Netflix or other streaming services. - Breakfast options were lacking.

Gran ubicación, algo caro

Tiene muy buena ubicación, con la opción de tomar el transporte público a cualquier lugar. Muy amables, el cuarto es cómodo. Hay varias opciones para comer cercanas.

La puerta del baño tiene una transparencia que no es ideal para tener privacidad, más si viajas con familia. El minibar que está en el cuarto está completamente lleno, no se puede meter algo adicional para consumo personal. Hubo unos cargos la final que no supe muy bien de que era, y me llegaron otros cargos a mi tarjeta sin especificar de que son. No pudimos prender la televisión.

A little pricey but stylish new boutique hotel

A beautiful stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Hollywood downtown. I really liked the bar and pool setup, very well done. The staff were fabulous. The cafe made awesome coffee. Room was large and beds comfortable, linen excellent.

My only negative feedback was that we found it strange to have the bathroom basin and vanity so far from the toilet and shower. Also you can see through the glass bathroom door and that’s a bit awkward if you’re sharing with your 22yo son!! The only other feedback was that the street outside was filthy. Probably local council issue, but not a nice look when you arrive at this cute hotel.

Passable

New and modern facility that is presented well. Pool area is great.

Overpriced! I was overcharged from the booking.com price. Invoicing system is very confusing and I was only refunded after highlighting the extra charges. Parking is too expensive considering the high room rate paid, especially when the car just sits there for 2days. House keeping left our door open after servicing the room.

A wonderful place to base your Hollywood trip

What a find! Rooms were great, staff friendly and so helpful and the pool area was an oasis in Hollywood

Superb

The hotel was really nicely decorated and room was lovely, everything was very new and clean! the staff were very helpful and the locator was ideal, within a few minutes walk to the walk of fame.

The parking is expensive but you are in the middle of Hollywood.

Will not return

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST!!! (Which was one reason for my choosing!!! Restaurant was mentioned open at 7, not free, and didn’t find it!!!

Parking was in ad - it was valet with fee! Bathroom door clear glass, no privacy!!! No sink in bathroom, it is outside, around the corner. Fridge was full of drinks on sale. Shower and sink faucets with interchanged hot and cold! Shower door on other side of shower head- directly on you before you can adjust water temperature.

The staff were so nice and welcoming to us, and we felt so well cared for.

We loved this place! It is a small gem in the middle of Hollywood. A little oasis of luxury where we felt safe and well taken care of.

There was NOTHING we did not love about the place. The location is ideal if you want to see WeHo and Beverly Hills. We ubered everywhere, and it was so easy.

Unexplained charges

Initially was given a room that was still under construction. They subsequently allowed for a room change tho reluctantly. Additional hidden charges were brought up in final hotel bill. Hotel attempted to charge for additional fees tho not disclosed on booking.com even under “include taxes and fees”. They admitted to be their mistake for not posting it online and eventually waived. After I left the hotel, I was charged for in room water though I am certain that we did not take any. Overall experience was unpleasant.

Very good

The Staff were great and attentive.

We were given a corner room, without it being specifically mentioned on website or by staff. The room had a window to the hallway and not the outside of the building.

Great design, comfortable pool, lobby, and room furniture

No desk/work area in hotel room, no policy not to reserve pool beds for hours when there are people there waiting for a bed, no room in mini fridge to store guest items

Exceptional

- very clean - hotel looks/feels like freshly renovated - the bed was comfortable - in house cafe serves good coffee - very good toiletry products, like shampoo etc. - location is very convenient and very close to walk of fame - pool area looked very beatiful, but we did not spend time there - I would consider Palihotel again for a LA visit!

- just a minor thing: the valet/garage is 48$ per night, what is honestly way too much - specially if you are a hotel guest already.

Excellent location, okay value, property is outdated. Staff not very friendly, breakfast was awful.

The only really good thing about staying at this hotel was the location, a quick walk to restaurants, stores, and the heart of Hollywood.

The staff was professional, but not particularly nice. They never smiled, or said hello when you walked in the door. They never went above and beyond just doing their job.
