All staff was amazing.
The air conditioner in the room was rather noisy. There was a hole in the wall with a pipe in it.

Very clean and loved the staff. Room was great.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working so after 5 showers water would be running down the walls and drip on the floor.
My kids went swimming and after they were in the pool for 10-15 min the maintenance guy came and said he forgot to put the sign up but he had just shocked the pool! I was pretty upset and he just kinda acted like it was no big deal. Later that day we checked to see if we could swim but the pool was closed.
