The room was clean and comfortable.
I really liked the ancient Otis elevator. It gave the facility charm. Keep that as long as it is practically functional!
The hotel is near eating and dining options - short walk or drive.
Staff was friendly.
It's a convenient drive between San Jose and Mountain View.
The room could use more towels.
The room could use more abstract paintings or photos or color, something. It felt like a bleak undecorated dormitory, to be honest.
Return of the deposit should be quick, not days.
Toilet flushing is super loud. Although the water pressure is great, I felt like I was waking up neighbors LOL

The location, free parking and nice staff
It was like it was made of paper, even somebody walking on the floor above created considerable noise, same was the case for those who were on the floor below. Had to be extra careful not to create any noise which was a real bother
