Poor customer service

Nothing about the hotel. It is in a small town where the majority of the people make their money off of working for a prison near by.

The manager refused to accept a copy of a previous ID I had after my real ID was stolen in Bakersfield on the train/bus ride to hotel. Bad customer service and needs the work on cultural sensitivity regarding working with indigenous American customers.

Overall, it was as I expected, having stayed there many times before.

I stay there often and everything was as I expected.

The bed was a bit lumpy, but manageable. I wonder if the refrigerator was working properly, as it was constantly on. Never quiet.

Poor

Front desk person was good at meeting me for late check in, and had a good helpful attitude.

I could tell that some areas in room that don’t get cleaned often and build up sme gunk.

Disappointing

The property was close to six flags. The staff at the front desk was nice.

The pictures online are misleading. When you arrive at the hotel you can instantly know by the outside that the hotels not well kept. There’s no elevator only stairs, the outside walkway and railings in front of all the rooms was dirty needs a good power wash. The walls and carpet in the room was dirty. The beds were hard. And there’s a lot of ants crawling around the room. I guess you get for what you pay for. But at least the shower had good water pressure and was hot. No complaints there. Also,there wasn’t a phone in the room,so if you need to call the front desk use your cell phone.

don’t expect your room to be cleaned but very comfortable place to stay.

Rooms comfortable, the front desk staff extremely friendly & helpful

I understand about being Environmentally Conscious & actually doing things that actually help & they are but I asked 4 different times to have my Room serviced over 4 different stays I was very disappointed because not 1 time did my room get cleaned & even after reporting it to front desk they always promised it’ll be cleaned the next & along with came basic short staffed, to my amazement my room didn’t get cleaned the next either. This trip I’ve ask 3 times for my room to to be cleaned & I’ve been here 6 days & not 1 cleaning yet. I don’t know how they claim short staffed when I see plenty of cleaning staff talking through out the day. very disappointed

Great hotel for the price.

Great location, large and comfortable rooms with nice desk and fast WiFi and good parking.

About 20 minutes to check in, narrow drive in off of busy street, a little trashy on exterior in front of rooms. None of this was bad, just slightly less than optimal.

I’ve stayed here in the past but I won’t be staying here again

location was convenient for where I was working

room wasn’t all the way cleaned up when I checked in and there were cockroaches coming up through the shower drain

Terrible place to stay, will not recommended.

When I arrived, the Registration person SamJad, could not find my Reservation, he said it was showing for 1 room instead of 2. The room that was ready according to him, was not clean, the comforters had stains, there was still trash in the bathroom from previous, it was just disappointed. He Said when we get back that evening he was going to have the 2nd room available. They end up having one room 1st floor, and second room 2nd floor.

The Toilet super, super low, and carpet stained, comforter stained. The cleaning people were amazing. Feel bad how under staff they are. The location is not appealing, and where the pool was, not inviting. :(

huge comfy beds and pool

location was very far from anything , it’s not a family or couples place , mostly men in trucks , felt quiet scared and uncomfortable . Daughters barricaded the door . it’s simply not a family place more of a working mans short stay

I really liked the location

The bathroom was very small and it took the staff over an hour the bring up the remote control for the television.
