Everything was good. Very clean, quiet, close to the harbor area, easy to get to everything. Perfect view of the fireworks by the harbor. The fact that we could open the windows was awesome, and we slept all night with an ocean breeze.
A little sewer smell in the bathroom, but that's it.

Tub sink and commode were clean. Towels and bed linens looked decent. There were warning signs to lock the car and to use the deadbolts on the door for safety reasons.
A large spider was crawling on the ceiling. A roach was crawling on the bathroom floor, but I was able to smash it and flush it away. There were some small black flying insects (not flies or mosquitos>. I was able to catch one and rinse its remains down the sink drain. the other took off. I assume there were more like it in the room but decided not to look for any more, as I was anxious to get some rest. Although items where it counted most were clean, but the floor carpeting was dirty and there was an area by
