The room was clean for the most part & most of the common areas were clean.
The elevator was super clunky and loud, not a huge deal though. The towels were thrown under the bathroom vanity sloppily and a couple were stained. The inside and outside of the hotel could use an update for the price they are charging. The luggage carts need to be cleaned or replaced entirely & I think that common use counter tops and things of the sort should be cleaned better/more frequently. Glass doors were dirty throughout the property. 5 queen pillows were provided for a king bed... which would be fine if all 5 of them weren't as lumpy as they were.

Great location and the young male staff member was very friendly.
The hotel could have been a little clear. The carpet in the 1st floor hall was dirty. I am sure staffing is an issue but felt a little more attention to detail would make all the different.

It was clean, a good location and our room was a very good location for us. Good breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice
Front desk staff, pillows were small and they didn’t want to give us more for the sofa bed my daughter stayed on. Room smelt bad but we couldn’t change rooms.
