The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only concern was maid service was great but my room wasn't cleaned till late in the afternoon. I even left at noon for two hours but when I came back I noticed the maid sitting at a desk in the room texting down from me and that was around four in the afternoon and my room still wasn't attending too. I didn't want to say anything at the front desk as I didn't want to get anyone in trouble. The maid advantally knocked on my door close to five but I was already getting ready to take a shower as I had plans for that night. So I declined room service. The front desk explained that they try to get the check out rooms done first before check in registers come in. Maybe they need more maid service per a floor. So rooms don't get attended to late on the afternoon. But as a traveler I was very satisfied and will be using you again next time I'm in town.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great.
They didn't clean the room (despite having asked) so we had no dry towels. The floor was humid and sort of slippery during out stay. The TV sound didn't work most of the time (it was always on 'earphone' mode) the microwave worked only once.
