We did have to change rooms because of some kind of small bug on one bed. Otherwise, the room we finally were given was quite comfortable. We enjoyed the comfortable couch and chair. The fitness center treadmill was just not good for me, and the room was much too warm. I could not find a thermostat to change. There was a television, but there was no remote to use. I believe the staff is not large enough to handle everything. A very kind lady served breakfast, and she also mopped floors. The front desk was frequently empty, but everyone seemed to have more to do than just one job.

The breakfast was ample, but sadly, no fruit.
The location was not a good choice for our needs.
The blackout curtains in our room (219), could not be closed!! (No tracking.) Hard to sleep in a room with bright illumination from outside lights.
The tiny pool was too small to swim even short laps.
The Saturday afternoon receptionist was unsmiling and unwelcoming. Not helpful or friendly.
We requested ( in advance, and in writing, twice) a room near the elevator near the elevator and not overlooking a busy parking lot. Reception had no record of it.
