Very welcoming and friendly reception and staff, coffee in lobby all day long, microwave and fridge and coffee maker in room - perfect for a 1-night stop while traveling, all for a very reasonable price
The air conditioner kept malfunctioning and I didn't realize it until late at night, when we returned to the room to sleep, when we couldn't change rooms anymore, so make sure your A/C is working properly before agreeing on the room. Besides being extremely loud, the AC would shut off after ~20 minutes - entirely (!) - and show an error code. Turning it off and on again would restart it but, again, for only ~20 minutes until it overloaded. The room was ~85 degrees in the middle of the night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Obviously this was not on purpose by the hotel but the A/C machines are beyond their working age so just make sure yours works (test for a hour or so) before it gets really late and you go to sleep.

Floor was not clean. Should have been mopped between guests.
Manager failed to credit a wrong date booked by mistake being a Choice member. I booked and paid for the correct date.
