Jasmine!!! Jasmine was absolutely lovely and welcoming. I would go back for her alone! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect location, and watching the planes take off and land is a fun bonus for the kids.

Nice hotel looked nice and good location for airport
staff were useless, we arrived at 9pm and went to restaurant for food we were told to come back in 20 mins as chef was on a break which we did only to be told to either come back in half an hour or wait 40 more mins as he was busy!?! There was about 5 other people there so I’m assuming he’s doing room orders so this would suggest they need more staff!
The lady’s on reception didn’t take a complaint about our room smelling of urine seriously didn’t write it down or seem to inform anyone
The airport bus does not go to the international side of the airport only domestic
we couldn’t have a late check out even after it was offered
