Very, very clean.

It was easy to get to. The beds were comfortable. We didn't need it but it have a full refrigerator, microwave, burners and kitchen sink.
The room was not clean. We both had white soaks on and they were literally black after walking on the floors. There was no coffee pot and no little bottles of shampoo, etc. If you're looking for no frills and keep your shoes on, it wasn't too bad.

Convenience of elevator
Floors were not clean. No toilet paper roll holder, pillows were bumpy not soft and fluffy.
