Very dissatisfied. Checked out and didn’t stay the night. Very dirty

I honestly wouldn’t stay again

The location

The environment inside the hotel was off. My boyfriend had to go down to the lobby area to get drinks out the vending machine and 2 men that looked like on drugs were watching his every move like he was going to rob him. He had his wallet out to pay and walked towards him and just starred. Also the worst part of my stay was the fire alarm that went off at 2:30am I called front desk to check on it and it was a false alarm. I know it wasn’t the staffs fault but it was very startling and annoying

Ugh ! Not much! Lady in the morning was pleasant only plus

Cleanliness!!!!!! Dirty lamp, spots on lamp shade, dirty, sticky remote that didn’t work and battery cover was missing!!! Carpet by elevator was disgusting!!!

It was very convenient to restaurants and the venues that we were attending

Overall, the stay was good except for the roaches.

There were small roaches in the sink coming out of an open hole on the side of the sink

Needed a room, got one. Everything else was terrible.

A room was available on short notice.

For the rate, this was really bad. Bathroom walls dirty, small everything......really a cheap and ran down hotel.

Overall, this hotel has never steered us wrong. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time!

It was very obvious that the staff cares about this place - it's very clean, the breakfast was tasty (we even taste-tested the eggs for the chef), and in a great, safe location close to restaurants and necessities (walmart, gas stations, etc).

my biggest "complaint" boils down to personal preference - so I feel bad even mentioning it but the mattress was slightly too hard and the pillows were slightly too heavy. but again, personal preference. This bears no meaning against the hotel or my experience, other than waking up to adjust my pillows once or twice.

Great location for a stay with plenty places to dine within food walking distance.

Location is the best assets of this property. Several restaurants and some stores are within walking distance. If your planning a stop while traveling, there is plenty of space for large vehicles, gas stations close by and easy quick access to the highway. Breakfast was good with some variety too. All in all a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

Downfall of our stay, the bathtub didn’t drain properly and we had one half of a joined room. The other half was occupied by guest we didn’t know and we will say it was loud. very little sound dampening between the rooms due to the joined doors. I wouldn’t suggest getting a joined room unless you know the other side. Also, don’t be like us and forget to say something about the shower drain problem.

Awesome eggs and sausage that was warm and ready to eat. Coffee and cereal awesome .
