$168 may be too high of a price point for this facility.

Rooms had an extremely strong odor. Smelled like VERY concentrated disinfectant mixed with possibly mold and/or urine. I was too tired to change rooms but the odor gave me a headache. I was in Room 228 on April 10 2024

See above concerning the scent. If not for the bad weather,rains and high winds, I would have switched hotels.

A really expensive, Motel 6 Vibe

The front desk and kitchen worker were so nice. We landed at this hotel because another hotel overbooked and we were bumped from our room

Price was extremely high considering the outdated mess of the hotel. Breakfast was minimal Wi-Fi was weak and could only support 2 devices.

Exceptional

The location was easy access from Interstate 20. Building was exceptionally clean and smelled great. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I will be returning to Quality Inn on my next trip to West Monroe, Louisiana!

Disappointing

The staff was friendly.

The 1st floor flooded one week into. a two week work trip. They stopped serving breakfast and the elevator stopped working. The pool closed.

Definitely need to improve on customer relations

Clean & great location

I ask for a late check out as I am disabled & they came BANGING ON THE DOOR!!!!! A knock would have sufficed then the cleaning staff walked in without knocking on door & I was half naked 🤬🤬🤬

Great hotel and location; friendly and helpful staff; cozy and spacious rooms

The room was cozy and clean. I loved that it had a good size fridge and a spacious walk-in vanity area with multiple mirrors. I also liked the ceiling fan.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny and flat.

Pretty good but not a good value, maintenance is lacking

Location is good, I’ve stayed there before

The ceiling had giant water marks on it. The shower curtain allowed a lot of water on the floor. When I checked in breakfast was supposed to be 6:00 and the next morning it wasn’t going to happen till 6:30 had to go to Waffle House

Refugees from storms filled the hotel and made a terrible mess at the pool! no fault of the hotel but of others.

Overall with the exception of the elevator being broken the stay was great.

Good location close to everything you need

The elevator broke the first night arrived, my room was on the 3rd floor I have problems with my knees and foot had to take the stairs to get to and from 3rd floor

The beds were small The lighting was bad There was a roach crawling in the bathroom And upon arriving i signed for housekeeping to clean our room and they never did

I will think twice about staying at a Quality Inn in the future.

it’s in a great location. Several restaurants nearby that you can walk to, plenty of parking, lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. The room itself seemed clean and was a nice size.

The beds were not comfortable and the bathtub looked very old. We had someone stomping the the floor over us. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not only was the food mediocre, the way it was organized had the waffle maker right next to the warm food so if someone was making waffles, you had to wait for them to get out of the way to get to the other food.

Did not like that I had to put up $100 deposit.

I looked at all the pictures online. Thanks specifically showed bacon. 2 days in a row they had sausage. The room that we stayed and looked old and dingy. The toilet seat was about to come off so you had to be careful you didn't fall off of it. The toilet look like it was never cleaned. And they only had one partial roll of toilet paper and one full roll. For the price I paid I expected better. The staff was very friendly. To me it look like homeless people hanging around the hotel. And they come in to get coffee. Will not be staying there again

The fact that they did not have bacon on one of the days that we were there. The toilets should be always clean and the toilet seat should be tightened so that you're not afraid you're going to fall off
