well let’s see first of all the man lingering in the lobby all night. as a single mother with my daughter this was not very safe. 2. the hallways and rooms smelled of smoke and weed!! we were placed in a room next to a hooker or pimp that first had the door propped open with the latch from the lock then sex, smoking and whatever else. I only the room since my child needed to be at the hospital for a procedure by 5:30am. if I had known that the hotel near Dunkin Donuts was up the road and not have to deal with a dirty room and smell I would have. this is my last time ever staying in a comfort inn..

It was a nice place to stay and quiet.

Close distance to family’s residence. Television was great with good channel selection. Window drapery allowed for privacy and sleep. Included microwave, mini refrigerator. Beds were decent. Good drawer & hanger space.

Outdated facade and interior decor and furnishings. Too many monetary clauses which we had to initial, I.e., from room damage to pets. WORST problem: we stayed 4-nights and each time arriving back to hotel the card entry keys did not work … meaning we had to get new card keys ALL 4 nights!!! Ridiculous and it was not just us. There was a basket to place dysfunctional card key … Outrageous!!! They were not able to provide towels in a consistent manner; partially because they gave the laundry staff timeoff — do they ran out of clean towels/washcloths. Unacceptable period! Also, the last morning, a pile of throw up was on the hallway carpet. This mess remained on the carpet for some time before cleaned up. Breakfast was inconsistently provided which may have been to Thanksgiving weekend. Bottom line, this hotel appears to be hanging from a tread financially. It’s my opinion, this hotel will be out of business soon. #definitelyyougetehatyoupay #sosad
