Warm breakfast every morning was a pleasant surprise.
Seemed to be an issue with housekeeping. I'm sure this is a continuous issue in many hotels right now.

carpet in hallways need replaced .....gym equipment broken.....luggage carts need maintained....overall it was very clean but needs updating.

Location good, breakfast so so.
Add more items like fried eggs, and clean floors, they were not clean due to some construction was in progress. Most important, they charged moe than agreed contract, contract was 220 usd, they charged 320 usd, please refund immediately.
