Poor

The hallway was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The room smelled. I needed desk help and had to go outside side to get him from smoking. I got a knock on my door at 10am and told me to check out and check out is 11am

Since we really just use our room to sleep the hotel served it’s puorpose

The location and price was a good value

The property was run down and in need of a remodel.

hotel hell

very bad i'm a type 2 diabetic the only thing i could have was the coffee

The room was dirty, the toilet paper roll was almost empty, it was the only paper in the room there was no tissue in the room ask at the front desk he said they didn't have any. I worked at a choice hotel for over 10 years. I've done alot of traveling and i've never seen a hotel this dirty. This hotel must have never been inspected by a choice hotel inspector, because the carpet was the dirtiest I have seen anywhere. the bathroom had a bad smell

No working pool 🥲

The pool was closed for renovation, and I was never told about before my stay, it’s the main reason I choose that hotel was for the outdoor pool!

Overall it is a good experience and I will stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the location is great. The staff are very friendly and nice. Breakfast was ok. It can get you started however I prefer having more protein.

The pool was out of order.

Won’t be back

Front desk staff were all very pleasant. Mike tried very hard to resolve my issues.

My shower didn’t work and I had to get a key to another room to take a shower. My coffee maker didn’t work.

The room smelled horrible upon check in and continued the entire stay. The toilet didn’t work properly.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When arriving I had scheduled for early arrival but it had not been noted!. The front desk very helpfully made sure we were able to get in to our room regardless. I would definitely stay there again.

the location was great for what we needed.

The ice machine was out of order, the hallways smelled of cigarettes and the beds desperately needed to be replaced

when you hear a company with the words “Quality” as their first name, you assume the property is going to not look run d

The property looks run down. Carpets look old and stained. Room doors are outdated and need paint. Ice machine is broken. Their so called breakfast is a joke.

Not worth this money

Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was a joke! No piece ofbread or bagel or sth like that. Only Cheerios (poor quality) with milk or waffles with maple syroup. It was very disappointed.

Okay except for conditions of the room

Great staff

The bathroom ceiling were falling in and painting coming off the walls. No toilet paper. The lights did not work.

Pleasant

Expensive for property condition. We had blood on our comforter. When we told the staff the only reply given was "I'll let housekeeping know." We also has no toilet paper in our room and only a couple kleenexs. There was only one staff member working in the whole hotel. Breakfast was a joke. Hotel double charged our card. The extra charge has still not been refunded. We forgot some items in the room and when we realized it a short time later we called and was told that it wasn't turned in by house keeping and that we would have to wait until the next day for the manager to check and for use to retrieve our items. We were on a trip and could not just wait around another day to get our property back.
