Flexible—staff accommodated a late check-out/extention.
Drains were terrible—standing water only after a couple minutes in shower/toilet not flushing.

Friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, safe.
No towels in pool area, could use amenities for those with food allergies, better selection as well food for people with gluten-free dairyfree diets.

Very affordable for a top notch hotel. The suite was very large and comfortable for our family of 6. The hot tub was one of the best I’ve ever been in; and the pool was very nice also. Breakfast was good, too!
Unfortunately the bar/ restaurant wasn’t open… but that wouldn’t stop me from making a future reservation.

The room was spacious
There was so much hair in the bathroom. Water pressure was terrible. There was something on the water faucet that was sticky
