The best place to stay in Billings

The perfect location, close to everything but still quiet and restful.

They need to fix their internet, it was in and out in and out but a great speed to get my work done.

Not horrible, not great, just ok.

Plenty of parking, front desk staff were professional & kind. Clean sheets, great A/C

We checked in super late and when we walked into our room there were a pair of used disposable gloves and a pencil in the middle of the floor but because everything seemed clean we didn’t bother saying anything that night. Unfortunately we overslept and were in a hurry to get our things together to be out by 12pm check out. Housekeeping knocked on our door and a small angry woman shouted at me it was 12:02 and check out time. I did housekeeping off and on for probably 8 years and never witnessed anything like that before. Still hurrying to gather things up the phone rang at 12:08. I answered and spoke with the very polite and kind front desk woman, told her about the issues with the room, including the shower not draining, and let her know we were on our way out the door. When I opened the door to leave approximately 30 seconds later, the glowering troll representing housekeeping was standing in the hall by our door. She narrowed her beady eyes and glared while my husband, daughter, and I filed out, huffing at our backs as we escaped toward the exit.

I had to get my own room supplies every day. Asked front desk every day for room service but maid service said every day

The location was great. The place was a nice place to stay.

There was no communication between the front desk and maid service. Our room never got cleaned once and we were there for 7 days

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly! The made to order hot breakfast is a great bonus!

nice staff but not worth the price.

The made-to-order breakfast was a nice touch. They also had a nice dog area to walk the pets.

They provided us with a “dog” room since we brought our dogs and the room was very musty and dated. The air conditioning did not work and we were next to the railroad tracks.

dirty room, smelled like smoke, pee all over the toilet, blood on the a/c heating unit. i was in the room for 3 minutes before just leaving!

After a long day of travel, it was a much needed break.

It was ok for the short time we were there.

Loved that there was a sauna and hot tub. The shower had decent pressure.

The desk chair in our room was missing a wheel. The comforter was too thin for winter sleeping, and there wasn't an extra blanket in the closet to make up for it. We had to go buy a blanket.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was dated and had lots of damage. The room was dirty.

The facility was quiet, staff was friendly.

Towels in room where dirty, floor was dirty. The bathroom toilet paper dispenser was hanging off wall.

Spacious and comfortable room. Pet friendly with a large and safe space for dogs in the back of the hotel.

Excellent breakfast. We love the fresh fried eggs.

Very good

Staff was very nice and accommodating. I brought a dog last minutes and staff took care of us.

Door card did not work on back door and had to walk to the front to get back in.

the suite was nice, but I didn’t like the train that kept waking up.

hot tub n the price of the room was decent, until I realized why the room was so cheap, it was right next to the train tracks! I like the late check out.

TRAIN! My room was right next to the train tracks. The train kept waking me up. i got to my room late at night.

Great from afar, gross from up close.

Friendly staff!

Ants in the bedroom coming out of a pillar located next to the sink. Made us feel uncomfortable once we took a closer look at the floor and saw them scattered about.

Very good

I left my iPad at my room accidentally and I just realized it was missing for 10 days.. I called the facility and told them about my iPad and thank god they have it so they mailed it to me all the way to Nebraska. Honest stuff.
