Passable

kitchenette. pet friendly but charge you more

the bldg smelled of various foods. this place is designed and catering to those travelers who have mobile construction,lineman type jobs.

1sr floor near the exit door was very noisy in the morning. But it was a late reservation and your staff went the extra mile to get us a room

Stay was very relaxed and comfortable.

Liked the kitchenette, beds were very comfortable. Food Pantry stock was nice.

I did not like the fact you have to buy the dishes and flatware. It costed over 30.00 for plates cups and forks. I should have brought my own. Kinda petty for the price of the room.

bad and overpriced and location not what I expected

toilet was not working in our room from the moment we got there then it suddenly overflowed and we couldn’t be moved cause it was a wheel chair room and my husband is in a wheelchair

Very poor

Very noisy neighbors came in a bit before 2 am. We called the front desk and they called them but it had no effect. Called again about an hour or so later and packed everything up to change rooms. We were about to go downstairs and the desk clerk called and said the people had come down, asked if we had complained again, and then left. So we stayed in our room. We were still sleeping when the same people came back and woke us up again. Very miserable night. Front desk person Adam was very nice and apologetic. This is our go to place to stay in Billings, but we may have to find another as extended-stay people can be very inconsiderate.

What's missing 🤔

Room and staff. Bed was very comfortable. Room had almost everything you wanted.

When I was looking up hotels this one popped up stating to have a continental breakfast. When we got to the hotel she informed me that they don't have the continental breakfast but have a delivery breakfast to the room for $4.99 each. After awaking the next morning we found the flyer on the refrigerator for the breakfast. It shows to order the breakfast the night before and I would imagine we'd have to fix it. Maybe they would bring you plates, silverware, and the items that you need to cook with with the food.. The room had full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, cook top, sink with garbage disposal, coffee pot, paper towels, but no cookware, plates, bowls, or silverware. They had two paper coffee cups with the coffee maker and two clear plastic cups next to the ice bucket l Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, table with two chairs, a recliner and one night stand. Plenty of storage space and a very nice updated flat screen TV with cable TV. Like I stated before , booking dot com has it marked as FREE continental breakfast hotel while the hotel tells you No continental breakfast but a breakfast to room service for $4.99 per person and the refrigerator showed Order the night before and it will come to your room.. Went to Denny's.

I had a great stay and would stay again.

This was a new hotel so everything was clean and comfortable. Close to downtown. Restaurants near by too .

Not worth the price

Elevator, luggage carts

For a pet friendly hotel, they shouldn't have the whole under bed open. The kitchen trash wasn't emptied before I arrived. The sheets were way too warm for summer. The room wasn't a good value.

Expensive, for such a neglected property.

The large fridge and overall room set up. The blanket to pull up to cover bed Pet friendly

Took 2 hours and numerous trips to front desk to get tv to work The room reeked of some sort of cooking odour. Had to keep room windows open all night. The smell was nauseating. The bed has reached its life span. It needs to retire. No breakfast.

The room was great, bathroom wonderful, beds perfect, dog walking area was awesome too

not enough parking. we had a vehicle with a trailer and barely managed to twist into 3 spots . you could really use some trailer parking
